We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), allowing customers to pay when receiving their orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Egypt through our delivery partner, J&T Express.
Our standard shipping rates are:

Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: EGP 100.

Other Egyptian governorates: EGP 110.

Free shipping on eligible orders of EGP 3,000 or more.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information, including:

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Opening or inspecting the contents of a package before accepting delivery from the courier is not available.
Customers can inspect their orders after receiving them.
Every perfume includes a complimentary tester that can be used to experience the fragrance before opening the main perfume bottle.
These procedures do not restrict any mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law.
7. Returns and Refunds
YOUNES PERFUMES offers a voluntary 3-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
For voluntary returns, the main perfume bottle must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including its packaging and protective seals.
Customers may use and keep the complimentary tester when returning an eligible unopened main perfume bottle.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers who receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products should contact YOUNES PERFUMES as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and provide a resolution in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
